CAITLIN FITCH is an artist from Atlanta, Georgia.
She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in photography and graphic design from the University of North Georgia, where she honed her skills in film processing, publication design, and web development. Her work is inspired by meaning-making, subculture, religiosity, and symbolism. By pairing digital, 35mm, and large-format film photography with straightforward, typographic designs, she creates compositions influenced by community and introspection. She self-published her book, Meet Me Right Here, in May 2024, exploring these themes throughout the Southern U.S.
She is currently a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia State University in the Religious Studies Department and pursuing a master’s degree. Her academic research focuses on the intersection of religion, death and healthcare, as well at patriarchy within religious institutions.
